What they're looking for
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including significant time in Sales Cloud. Service Cloud and Experience Cloud/Partner Community experience is a strong plus
- Salesforce Certified Administrator required. Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder strongly preferred
- Deep declarative expertise — Flow is your primary tool, and you know when a problem calls for Apex instead
- Working knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing architecture: roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD, sharing rules, and field-level security
- Hands-on Salesforce data management experience using Data Loader or similar, including bulk imports, upserts, deduplication, mass updates, and migrations
- Comfortable writing SOQL and building reports — you can investigate a data question yourself rather than waiting on someone else

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will own the day-to-day health, configuration, and evolution of Fleetio's Salesforce platform. This is a hands-on build role for someone who takes pride in a well-governed org, such as clean automation, sensible permissions, and changes that ship safely, and who is up for the challenge of getting us there. We've grown quickly, and this is the role that carries our existing systems and processes into their next phase of evolution.
