What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- 2+ years with React
- Strong experience building and shipping production web applications with a focus on quality and maintainability
- Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders, translating needs into technical plans, and managing expectations
- Ability to decompose complex requests into milestones and deliver incrementally
- Strong written communication and comfort working in a remote, async-friendly environment

This role sits within Solutions Engineering , focused on delivering scoped, funded commitments that win and keep our largest accounts — shipped as a durable Fleetio product that can be supported like the rest of the platform. If you’re excited by high-impact, high-visibility engineering work: this team turns key-account commitments into a real, shippable product so Fleetio can win strategic deals and support those customers long-term. The engineers in this role will directly influence outcomes for key accounts and help close some of the largest deals at Fleetio.
