About the role
In this team, you will develop electrical distribution and harnesses for autonomous, electric, and hybrid vessels. You will integrate with firmware and hardware teams to connect and protect critical electrical components from ESS through power conversion and distribution systems. This is a hands-on role developing critical components for safety-critical applications in harsh environments.

JOB DESCRIPTION
In this team, you will develop electrical distribution and harnesses for autonomous, electric, and hybrid vessels. You will integrate with firmware and hardware teams to connect and protect critical electrical components from ESS through power conversion and distribution systems.
This is a hands-on role developing critical components for safety-critical applications in harsh environments. You will be expected to be comfortable taking independent initiative and working as a team with other highly motivated engineers.
- Design high-voltage cable assemblies and wire harnesses for electrification systems
- Develop testing protocols for electrical safety, vibration, and environmental durability
- Develop and contribute to circuit protection systems
- Design testing circuits and apparatus for various electrical components, including energy storage modules, balancing systems, power conversion systems, and circuit protection systems.
