Flex is on a mission to change the way bills get paid, starting with rent. We give renters more flexibility and control over one of their biggest monthly expenses, and we give the property management companies we partner with a modern, easy way to offer that flexibility to their residents. As we grow, we're looking for our next SDR to help bring more Property Management Companies into the Flex family.

- Win new client relationships, driving revenue and market share across the rental real estate space
- Manage a robust pipeline in our CRM, keeping it sharp and up to date
- Tailor creative prospecting approaches for different personas across each business you target
- Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through smart, persistent outbound efforts
- Follow up quickly and efficiently on every inbound lead you receive
- Educate prospective customers on how Flex helps property management companies offer their residents real financial flexibility
