Flex is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to launch, manage, and scale high-impact enterprise partnerships. This role is ideal for a driven strategic operator with a proven record of delivering measurable results through partnership growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing partnership strategies that directly impact Flex’s bottom line.
What they're looking for
- 6-8+ years of relevant experience in FinTech/SaaS business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, investment banking, or top-tier strategy consulting roles
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling strategic partnerships or managing high-value strategic client relationships
- Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and execution
- Strong analytical capabilities, with experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, capable of influencing at senior levels
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
