About the role
We’re looking for an AI-native creator who is already deeply immersed in AI filmmaking and can turn that expertise into great educational content. You’ll help build Flick’s YouTube and creator content from the ground up, discovering interesting workflows, testing new models and tools, teaching filmmakers how to use them, and creating videos that people genuinely want to watch.

- You are already a power user of AI filmmaking tools
- You actively create AI videos, films, or visual experiments on your own
- Strong creative taste and curiosity about filmmaking, storytelling, and emerging AI workflows
- Able to explain technical or creative concepts clearly and engagingly
- Comfortable editing videos and taking a piece of content from idea to published video
- Strong ownership and ability to independently identify what is worth making

This is not a traditional Creative Director role. We care much more about whether you are already a power user and creator in AI video than your years of industry experience.
