- Help run and grow Flick’s Creative Partner Program , building strong relationships with active creators and identifying opportunities for tutorials, collaborations, workshops, and creator spotlights.
- Help operate the Flick AI Film Festival , including creator outreach, submission campaigns, programming, communications, judge coordination, deadline pushes, and community engagement.
- Design recurring community programming such as workshops, screenings, AMAs, creator challenges, feedback sessions, and office hours.
- Identify power creators and emerging community leaders who could become ambassadors, educators, or long-term partners.
- Engage directly with creators across Discord and other channels, making sure strong creators feel recognized, supported, and connected.
