What they're looking for
- Years of hands-on paid acquisition experience across ideally 2+ verticals (DTC, e-commerce, B2C, B2B, etc.)
- Deep experience with Google Ads and a strong working knowledge of Meta Ads
- A track record of managing meaningful budgets and being accountable for the outcome
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and landing-page testing
- Good judgment about when an account needs optimization and when it needs to be rebuilt
- The ability to explain performance clearly to customers with different levels of experience
