As a Software Engineer at Flint, you'll build the systems behind AI-native websites: agents that design and ship real web experiences, the code-generation and editing infrastructure under them, and the product that ties it together. It's a broad role by design: we're small, so you'll move across frontend, backend, and the agentic systems depending on where the hard problem is that week.
