More about this role

FloQast, Inc seeks an Executive Assistant to assist the CFO with travel, calendar management and supporting day-to-day functions of the department. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and have strong project management skills that will help ensure efficiency and communication between the Executives and employees. This role operates as the key administrative support to the CFO and secondarily to other executives within the C-Suite.

This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader. Please note that this requirement is subject to ongoing review and may be adjusted in the future .
