About the role
We are a cloud-native crypto market-making firm operating across regulated jurisdictions. Our Secure Engineering team designs, builds, and owns the platforms and configuration that the wider IT estate runs on, security-first. It is a small team: what you build, the rest of IT operates. What they're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in IT engineering or a similar technical role, ideally in SaaS-heavy, regulated environments
- Working knowledge of modern IT stacks in regulated environments, particularly SaaS, identity, office networking and endpoint platforms
- Experience owning vendor products internally: evaluation, architecture design, IT product/application ownership, BAU operation and maintenance, product support
- Able to work autonomously and see projects through with minimal senior management input, while remaining collaborative with the wider team
- Comfortable in a small, high-ownership team
