The Senior Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner is a senior HR leader who advises executives and leadership teams on people strategies that drive business performance, workforce readiness, organizational effectiveness, and culture across a complex, multi-country organization.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP leadership supporting executives in complex business organizations
- Experience operating at Senior Director or equivalent scope in a global, matrixed, operationally complex environment
- Deep expertise in workforce planning, organization design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, policy application, and change management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to financial performance, execution priorities, productivity, and organizational outcomes
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, coach leaders, navigate ambiguity, and align teams across functions, regions, and cultures
