What they're looking for

- You've designed LV switchboards or busway at an OEM and personally carried a product through UL 891 or UL 857 listing, start to finish
- You've run short-circuit withstand and temperature rise test campaigns and redesigned bus, bracing, or joints after a failed shot
- You've made the contact system, joint, and plating decisions that determine whether a busway survives thousands of load cycles in service
- You've designed for manufacturability at volume: sheet metal, plating, torque specifications, and assembly sequences a production line can hold shift after shift
- You've led a product team through a compressed release schedule and held the line on test evidence when the schedule pushed back
