- 4+ years of experience in contingent workforce, extended workforce, procurement operations, or HR operations
- Hands-on experience with a Vendor Management System (VMS) or similar contractor-management tooling
- Working knowledge of worker classification, co-employment, and the compliance considerations behind contractor programs
- Experience partnering across Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve workforce issues
- A strong operator who solves problems directly and builds solutions rather than waiting on vendors to do it
