- You've run document control for large engineering or construction programs with many drawings, revisions, and stakeholders in flight at once
- You've owned configuration management and caught the case where a team was about to build off a superseded revision
- You've set up or administered a document control system such as Aconex, Procore, or SharePoint and enforced its workflows
- You've managed document flow across external design firms, EPCs, and vendors without letting approvals become the bottleneck
- You keep records so clean that an auditor, a commissioning agent, or a closeout team can trace any document to its current approved version
