- You've administered Okta (users, groups, app integrations) and managed MDM across macOS and Windows
- You know Google Workspace well, with some Office 365 exposure, and you support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices
- You build automations to replace manual work, and you reach for code or no-code tools to do it
- You write clearly: documentation and knowledge-base content that both technical and non-technical people can use
- You bring a security mindset to identity, access, and device management
