- You've led or substantially owned deal execution from term sheet through close in leveraged finance, structured credit, or capital markets at a bank, credit fund, or infrastructure sponsor
- You build, audit, and pressure-test transaction models for complex multi-tranche capital structures independently. Model integrity is something you own, not delegate
- You know credit agreement mechanics, covenant structures, and high-yield and leveraged loan documentation cold
- You've managed external advisors and counterparty workstreams while keeping a transaction on timeline
- You draft clear investment memos, term sheets, and board-level materials yourself, and you can translate capital markets concepts for people who don't live in them
