- 3+ years in partnerships, channel, or business development, or consulting to financial institutions
- You've sourced and closed a referral or channel partnership yourself, and you can name the pipeline or revenue it produced
- You've sold to or advised banks, credit unions, or fintechs, and you know how a compliance or risk buyer actually gets to a yes - the security review, the procurement cycle, the committee that can kill it
- You've structured a partner agreement, including the terms and the economics, and you can walk through what you pushed for and why
- You can explain a technical product to a non-technical partner well enough that they can repeat it accurately
- You've built a function or a motion that had no template - a new territory, a new channel, a first partner program - and you can describe what you started with
