Fora has a robust DMC (Destination Management Company) portfolio that our Advisors rely on to find partners when planning client travel. As our DMC Supply Lead, you'll own how we find, vet, and bring on those partners, as well as how we keep our portfolio healthy over time. What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in inbound sales, supply chain, procurement, or supplier management
- Hands-on experience running an inbound sales flow or owning a sourcing or vetting process (vetting RFPs counts)
- Experience building and optimizing processes from scratch
- Comfortable working with partners in other countries and time zones
- Comfortable implementing AI tools like Claude into your work and processes
- Able to use tools like Omni or Excel to conduct analysis
