About the role
This is a founding Account Manager role responsible for building the account management function from the ground up for high value advisors. You'll own both the strategic design of how we support high-performing advisors (Pros and incoming Pros, with selective engagement of top pre-Pro advisors) and direct advisor relationships with a portfolio of these advisors.

- Strong written and verbal communication — you write clearly, speak with confidence to high-expectation individuals, and can translate data into actionable coaching
- Comfort with data — you can read a dashboard, spot trends, translate numbers into coaching recommendations
- Proactive disposition — you don't wait for advisors to raise issues, you're thinking about what they need next
- Early-stage startup experience strongly preferred — you know what it's like to build something from scratch, navigate ambiguity, and iterate based on real feedback
