About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team. This person will report to our Director of Product Design and embed within a product-focused team (Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Engineers). As an early Design hire at a time of rapid company growth, you will play a key role in shaping what our product and design processes will look like for years to come.
What they're looking for
- Have 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in a startup or embedded environment
- Have a bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Feel comfortable designing for both SaaS and Consumer-facing products, and have significant experience in at least one
- Are excited about the prospect of creating many designs quickly, and are excited about both designing from 0-1 and iterating on existing products
- Approach design with an eye on practicality and business impact
- Are comfortable working with partial data or input from Product Managers (you can think with a product mindset and help push the team forward when needed.)
