About the role
We’re hiring a Senior PM to lead data products and AI agents that power our advisor platform. You’ll sit at the intersection of CRM, data intelligence, and AI—building products that help advisors find, engage, and manage clients, and plan trips more effectively. This is a true 0→1 role: you’ll define the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market for AI- and data-driven features that directly impact advisor productivity, client conversion, and revenue.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including complex platform or multi-system products
- 3+ years building AI/ML or data-driven products (recommendations, scoring, automation, or similar)
- Experience in a data-focused role or owning data products (defining metrics, experiments, data requirements)
- Strong experience in at least one of:
- Data intelligence / analytics systems
- Recommendation engines / personalization
