About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our operations team to own customer relationships. This is a hands-on, high-touch role where you’ll be the primary point of contact to our customers and manage their logistics operations end to end. You’ll partner directly with our founders and engineers to drive the products we build.

- Build relationships with Director+ supply chain stakeholders and grow accounts across our full suite: brokerage, forwarding, and duty drawback

- Partner with our CTO to turn your prototypes into durable production software
- Report directly to the CEO

- Manage day-to-day client operations: bookings, entries, documents, exceptions, billing
- Coordinate carriers, truckers, warehouses, and agents to keep freight moving
- Run point when things break: delays, exams, holds, angry phone calls
- Become the trusted contact for supply chain leaders and expand what they do with us
