About the role
You build the pipeline that becomes revenue. You will be responsible for driving top of funnel for all Forge services: freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and tariff refunds. You will work in person, five days a week, in New York City. You get direct founder access, and you will be expected to have an opinion. If you want remote, this is not the role.

Prospect every day. Cold call, email, and social.
Run the plays & create more. Start with what works and then go invent your own.
Qualify and book. Short discovery with C-suite, VPs, and directors in supply chain, operations, and finance. Decide quickly, then book the demo.
Bring back what you hear. You talk to more operators in a week than anyone else here. The objections and the new segments should reach the founders while they are still fresh.
Test and measure. Subject lines, openers, sequences. Track conversion at every step.
