Own the Portfolio: Set the technical and quality roadmap across PCBAs, custom wire harnesses, electrical panels, and integrated power conversion assemblies (including skid-level builds like fire suppression cabinets), ensuring a consistent industrialization standard across commodities. Build and Lead the Team: Hire, coach, and manage a team of Supplier Industrialization Engineers; set priorities, remove blockers, and hold the team accountable to PPAP/APQP standards and program timelines.
