Own the Quality Lifecycle: Lead PPAP and APQP execution for custom wire harness and cable assemblies, from wire and terminal selection through crimp, cable, and connector qualification. Architect Manufacturing Standards: Define the methods, procedures, and evaluation criteria (e.g., crimp pull test, continuity/hipot test, cable routing) for new harness programs at contract manufacturer sites.
