Technical Leadership: Act as the primary authority on Design for Reliability (DfR) for critical electro-mechanical plant subsystems that support our battery plant, mentoring peers and guiding cross-functional design failure analyses (DFMEAs) Translate high-level product goals into rigorous reliability requirements. You will define the roadmap for how we validate component and sub-system lifetimes.
