About the role
AI Operations is a builder’s role for helping patients get access to medicine. You will take responsibility for live operational problems: a workflow to improve, a process to scale, or a new capability to build. You will examine the data, trace the workflow, talk to the people closest to it, and form a view of what needs to change. In partnership with engineering, you will design and launch AI solutions and measure their impact.
What they're looking for
- 2–10 years in operations, consulting, finance, product, or another analytical, outcome-oriented environment, startup experience is a plus
- A track record of owning metrics and driving measurable improvement in complex workflows
- Fluency with data and technical tools, the type of person who uses Codex or Claude be default when solving problems
- Strong judgment about where to automate, how to manage exceptions, and how to evaluate quality
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn ambiguity into a clean brief or specification
- A bias for action, low ego, curiosity, and a commitment to doing what is right for patients and providers
