About the role
The FORWARD Platform is seeking a Sr. Manager, Proposal to lead and manage our proposal and RFX process and oversee all aspects of our proposals. This role reports directly to the Director of Strategic Growth and will lead a strong team of Proposal Managers and Proposal Coordinators. You will be responsible for the management of the RFX team and the submission of proposals.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the management of the RFX team and the submission of proposals.
- Lead and manage a team of proposal managers and coordinators as well as the overall proposal development process
- Develop and maintain a proposal management plan that integrates the capture, win strategy, and lessons learned
- Lead the capturing of new opportunities that leverage FORWARD’s current offerings into new programs and use cases
