You will build the deal flow engine for our impact accelerator. With AI support, a keen startup instinct, and a good eye for promising founding teams, you will automate and structure our processes.
What they're looking for
- Education: At least a successfully completed Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Initial professional experience in a startup or environments such as strategy consulting, venture capital, corporate M&A or a comparable position
- Tech & AI affinity: You have a passion for tools like Claude, Click-Up, Notion, Slack , and initial experience with automation tools
- Process-oriented: You think in terms of structures. Efficient, clean processes and an organized way of working are important to you
- Communication skills: You have a genuine interest in people and are not afraid of proactive outreach (cold outreach)
- Mindset: You work independently and in a results-oriented manner in a remote setup and are passionate about impact topics

The Founders Bay Impact Accelerator is a needs-based, six-month program for startups located outside major cities. As pioneers in supporting startups in rural areas, we get involved in the early stages – ideal for teams that already have more than just a concept or a prototype.
Our approach combines the advantages of rural areas with deep impact know-how and first-class startup support: individual support, targeted masterclasses, impact learnings, weekly meetings and collaborative work throughout Germany, remote-first.

Our niche is impact in rural areas. Finding startups outside of major cities means thinking differently, searching differently, and evaluating differently. We want to uncover the teams that no one else has on their radar. This requires you to bring creative solutions, genuine networking skills, and the motivation to take our scouting and screening process to the next level, step by step, through modern automation.
