We're looking for a sharp, curious, and execution-oriented Associate Product Manager to join the OTR & Core Visibility team — the flagship product line at FourKites, used by some of the world's largest shippers to track billions of dollars of freight every day.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years developing deep expertise in a specific supply chain or logistics domain (e.g., truckload, last-mile, ocean freight)
- Practical experience specifically in truckload transportation, freight visibility, or carrier/shipper operations
- Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore engineering teams across time zones
- Comfort working hands-on with data: SQL proficiency, familiarity with analytics tools, ability to build a data-driven narrative without hand-holding
- Strong customer engagement skills — you've run discovery calls, written user stories, and can translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements
- Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate PM workflows — synthesizing research, drafting PRDs, generating insights at speed
