About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to own the end-to-end architecture of our platform and drive its evolution as we scale. You will design, build, and maintain a multi-service application spanning backend, frontend, AI/ML services, and cloud infrastructure, while ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and maintainable.
What they're looking for
- Experience with additional cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) beyond AWS
- Familiarity with conversational AI/voice bot platforms and prompt engineering for LLM-based features
- Exposure to DevOps practices: containerization, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipeline design
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure/GCP equivalents) are a plus
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8-14 years of overall software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years designing and owning system architecture for production applications at scale

As we move deeper into client conversations, this role also requires you to represent engineering in client discussions and lead the design of integrations between our platform and external HRMS (Human Resource Management System) or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) products.
- Own the technical architecture of the platform end-to-end, including backend services, frontend applications, data stores, and cloud infrastructure.
- Design and evolve a scalable, secure, and maintainable microservices architecture using Java and Spring Boot, deployed on AWS (with a growing footprint on GCP and Azure).
