About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and business-oriented BI Analyst to join our Healthcare Analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in reporting and analytics, deep knowledge of healthcare claims data, and familiarity with Payment Integrity concepts. This role requires the ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable analytics solutions and provide strategic guidance on compliance and regulatory reporting workbench design.

- Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, data modeling, and report optimization
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling concepts
- Experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization
- Knowledge of AI technologies, Generative AI concepts, and AI-driven analytics capabilities
- Understanding of data governance, compliance reporting, and regulatory analytics frameworks
