You'll own GTM hiring at Fragment. This is a strategic operator role, where you'll bring sharp opinions on how to design our systems and processes in order to attract the best operators in the world, while executing sourcing and recruiting processes flawlessly. What they're looking for
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high growth company, with most of that time spent on sales, deployments, and other customer-facing roles
- You've seen recruiting done well at a company with a high talent bar and value tight operational execution
- Targeted sourcing on niche, challenging searches: you can show us GTM pipelines you built from scratch, not just reqs you managed, and you have been doing the top of funnel work yourself
- Outbound selling. You're able to convince passive candidates to take a call, and you have lived experience winning competitive offer situations
- You know what great enterprise sellers look like. Plenty of sellers have good numbers, you can tell which ones earned them, and you ask the questions that separate the excellent from the merely good
- You've seen solutions and deployment excellence up close. You know what separates the solutions engineers and deployment strategists who make enterprise customers successful from the ones who just demo well, and you know where to find them
