About the role
We are seeking a mission-driven Community & Referral Development Lead to help grow our presence and expand access to pediatric behavioral health services across New Mexico. In this role, you will design and execute community and business development strategies that drive qualified referrals, primarily Frontera Diagnosis (FDx) evaluations and ABA services, by building relationships with the pediatricians, schools, clinics, and practices who serve families every day.
What they're looking for
- 2+ years of combined experience in healthcare, behavioral health, community development, business development, partnerships, or outreach
- A proven track record of driving growth through strategic relationships and partnerships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you're energized by meeting people and building authentic relationships
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Passionate about improving access to care for families and children
- Track record of launching something new (a market, territory, program, or business) with minimal existing infrastructure or support
