About the role
We're looking for a Senior Counsel to join our legal team who is hungry to work as an all-purpose legal athlete, leading on commercial and transactional matters while touching on legal issues across the entire business.
What they're looking for
- JD from an accredited US law school, admitted to practice in at least one US jurisdiction
- 2+ years at a top-tier law firm with a focus on technology transactions, M&A, or commercial contracts – ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced practice
- Exceptional legal drafting skills with a commitment to clarity, precision, and speed
- Comfort operating in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift and turnaround expectations are measured in hours, not days
- Enthusiasm for using AI and technology tools to enhance legal work product and speed of delivery, without compromising accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly with business counterparts
