- Proven Experience: 8+ years experience, with at least 3 years of UI/UX design experience and 2 years of dedicated product design experience
- Design Mastery: Proficient in design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography
- Portfolio: Possesses a diverse and compelling online portfolio that showcases a wide range of design projects
- Critical Thinking: Willingness to challenge assumptions and commit to ongoing professional development
- Figma Expertise: Experience with designing in Figma, showcasing proficiency in utilizing this modern design tool for creating dynamic and responsive designs
- UX Research Leadership: Experience in leading or participating in user experience research, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to derive actionable insights from user interactions
