Foundation Scholarship Officer reports directly to the Director of Advancement and oversees and provides support for awarding scholarships through setting and enforcing budgets, maintaining multiple databases, training and providing support to the campus community.

- Implements scholarship/fellowship processes to meet established policies and strategic direction
- Works within the electronic scholarship and/or fellowship system to facilitate the application and awarding process
- Participates in and provides training and support for departments, programs, and students in use of the scholarship system and/or in fellowship and other funding options
- Leads and develops strategy around the implementation and maintenance of scholarships and/or fellowships that accomplish recruitment and retention goals and meet stakeholder intent
