What they're looking for
- Plan and execute. Create and manage the detailed project plan — defining scope, building the schedule, securing resources, and managing the budget from kickoff through final delivery
- Manage the project team. Run the day-to-day: assign tasks, clarify responsibilities, remove roadblocks, and make sure every team member is clear on their role and what's expected of them
- Manage risk proactively. Identify, document, and mitigate project-level risks and issues. Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to the Program Manager or Practice Lead when needed
- Own delivery quality. Accountable for delivery process, quality control, and deliverable readiness — ensuring the team's work meets SOW requirements and Further's standards for excellence
- Improve how we work. Adhere to firm-wide PM standards and contribute practical improvements to templates, processes, and ways of working that benefit other projects

Further is looking for a Project Manager to independently own mid-sized client projects from kickoff through delivery. You'll build the plan, lead the team, manage the budget, and serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client.
This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll be the person who keeps a project clear, predictable, and low-friction — anticipating issues before they become escalations, protecting scope and quality, and giving clients confidence that the work is under control.
