About the role
You'll keep Fuse's Albuquerque facility running day-to-day — from the front door to the supply closet to the loading dock. This is a hands-on, entry-level role supporting a working radiation effects testing site. You'll keep the administrative and facility details on track, coordinate visitors and vendors, and support day-to-day operations of the facility . You'll work directly with the Operations Lead of ABQ Facility and the site's engineering, physics, operations and safety teams.
What they're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or relevant administrative, operations, hospitality, or facility experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through — you keep track of a lot of moving pieces without dropping any
- Comfortable interacting professionally with visitors, vendors, and government customers
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn basic safety and access-control procedures specific to a regulated facility
- Proficiency with standard office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or equivalent)
