Experiment with Growth Initiatives : Launch and test creative campaigns to drive awareness and sign-ups across digital channels, partnerships, and community-led efforts. Support Retention & Engagement Programs : Help design and execute initiatives that keep users engaged—ranging from onboarding flows to email campaigns and in-product experiments.

- Strong Communication Skills : Comfortable with writing engaging copy, creating marketing assets, or briefing creative collaborators

- Hands-On Builder : Excited to roll up your sleeves, operate in a fast-paced startup, and make things happen with limited resources
- Background : Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience. Prior exposure to startups, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required
