What they're looking for
- An active pharmacy technician license in good standing with Colorado or Texas State board of pharmacy, free of any disciplinary actions
- Ability to define and manage performance and success against business, people and patient satisfaction KPIs
- Demonstrated success in providing training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Management experience in a retail, mail order setting or hub setting
- Experience in claims adjudication processes, such as switch vendors, insurance PBMs, and CoverMyMeds
