What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2–5 years of program management experience in healthcare, pharmacy, digital health, or another regulated environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and operational problem-solving
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to healthcare operations
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex information for diverse audiences including executives, partners, and technical teams
