About the role
Everything we do is in service of helping our founders build generational brands, and our platform is central to that. We’re looking for a high-energy, proactive builder — strong judgment, sharp attention to detail, exceptional follow-through, and a genuine passion for supporting founders and building relationships — to be a thought partner to the team while owning initiatives across the G9 ecosystem. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience in 1) platform and / or investing at a VC or growth equity firm or 2) strategy, business operations, or growth at a startup
- Deep interest in the consumer investing ecosystem and the brands that define G9's strategy, with strong instincts for what makes a compelling consumer business
- A relationship builder who is energized by bringing people together and creating value for others
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An idea generator who tracks trends (online and out in the world) and connects insights back to our work

We like to invest early (Seed or Series A) and keep backing founders as they grow. We'll also make standalone growth-stage investments.
