About the role
Serve as the primary owner of 1–2 high-impact customer deployments, acting as the bridge between Gecko’s platform and customer business value. Partner closely with Product Strategists and Forward Deployed Engineers to define what should be built, why it matters, and how to ensure it lands successfully.

- Proven ability to identify and prioritize high-value business problems, even in industries or domains you’re new to

- A structured problem solver who can break down abstract business challenges and build models or frameworks to support solutions

This role sits at the critical intersection of customer value, product strategy, and execution. Deployment Leads are part product manager, part project manager, and part strategic account lead. They manage a small number of high-stakes deployments (typically 1–2 at a time), where they are responsible for uncovering the most valuable problems within complex, often unfamiliar industries—and ensuring Gecko solves them effectively.
