About the role

- 5-10 years of experience as a product manager, building and owning world-class tech products
- On top of the latest in AI and using AI in your daily workflows
- Strong product taste and obsession about user experience
- Comfort in partnering deeply with engineers on technical tradeoffs that materially affect product quality and outcomes
- A track record of setting product strategy and direction, not just executing predefined roadmaps
- (Bonus) Experience building AI-powered products, especially in search, retrieval, ranking, or content discovery
