- Proven experience in Employee Benefit sales or service with a deep understanding of the employee benefits landscape
- Strong track record in both developing new relationships and nurturing existing ones, particularly with Employee Benefit Brokers and Consultants
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Proficient in analyzing benefit industry trends, with a focus on Identity Theft Protection and other emerging trends
- Ability to strategically manage activity and pipeline forecasting, while identifying opportunities for your team
- High service acumen and creative problem-solving skills to assist both clients and your team in navigating challenges
