About the role
Working within and extending Roche’s existing data ecosystems to accelerate our Neuroscience portfolio. Developing strategy to effectively mine large data and drive science using LLMs, advanced automation and AI agents.
What they're looking for
- The ideal candidate will have deep experience in many of the following types of analysis:
- Perturb-seq and related CRISPR screening
- Patient tissue or CSF/PBMC atlases
- Use of human genetics to prioritize drug targets
- Familiarity with AI approaches and AI agents to enable scientific insights
- A track record of impactful scientific achievement, which may be demonstrated by co-first/lead as well as contributing author publications
