About the role
We're looking for a Nuclear Engineer (New Graduate) with a strong interest in regulatory compliance and licensing to join our growing engineering team. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers to support licensing actions, regulatory submissions, and engagement with regulatory authorities for a nuclear fuel cycle facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate eager to contribute to high-reliability, highly regulated nuclear facility work.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering or a related field (recent graduate or upcoming)
- Coursework in nuclear engineering fundamentals, reactor physics, or fuel cycle systems
- General familiarity with NRC regulations, including 10 CFR and related industry standards (e.g., ANSI, ASME)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise technical documentation
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and collaboratively across disciplines
