About the role
We’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer (Intern) with a strong interest in HVAC and building mechanical systems to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to design, model, and analyze air‑conditioning, ventilation, and hydronic systems for a wide range of commercial and industrial projects.
What they're looking for
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Junior or Senior standing preferred)
- Completed coursework in HVAC design, heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid hydraulics/dynamics
- Basic familiarity with BIM modeling software, such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Interest in IES software or energy analysis
- Interest and/or experience in AI tools for design, visual programming (Dynamo, Grasshopper), coding (Python, C#), and/or open-source projects
- A collaborative mindset and a demonstrated interest in the built environment
